I can't log in to my bank account
If you have a problem logging in to your bank account, try this first:
- check that your login details are right — they should be the details you use to log in to your bank account, not your Escrow.com account
- check whether your bank account allows you to sign in on third parties like Escrow.com — you may need to set up 2FA (2-step login) to do this
- if you need to reset your password or give additional information to log in, you might need to get in touch with your bank
If none of those things work, you will need to use another one of our payment methods such as Wire Transfer.
