How long does the Buyer have to inspect the items?
At the start of the transaction, the Buyer, Seller, or Broker will need to set the terms of their transaction to include an Inspection Period. The Inspection Period is the period of time the Buyer has to examine the merchandise, once received.
All parties involved in the transaction have the option to set an Inspection Period between 1-30 calendar days.
If the Inspection Period has expired and Escrow.com has confirmed the Buyer has received their merchandise, Escrow.com will release funds to the Seller.
