Accepted Currencies

We currently accept the following:

• US Dollars (USD)
• Euros (EUR)
• Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Pounds Sterling (GBP)
• Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Currencies Not Accepted

Currency not listed above cannot be processed at this time, including any crypto currency.

Currency Conversions

Escrow.com does not provide currency conversions on incoming funds.

All incoming and outgoing payments on a single transaction on Escrow.com must use the same currency.

For example, if a transaction is created in Euros (EUR), Escrow.com must receive EUR from the Buyer and then Escrow.com will only disburse EUR to the Seller and/or Broker.

Also, please note, once the transaction has been initiated, Escrow.com cannot modify the currency. If you wish to change the currency, you will have to initiate a new transaction and cancel or ask for the active transaction’s cancellation.

Releasing Funds

In order to release funds in a timely manner, Sellers should provide a bank account in the same currency as the transaction as currency conversion is not included in our escrow services.

For example, if the transaction is in USD, the bank account should match the Seller's name in the profile and should be able to receive payments in USD.

Or, if the transaction is in EUR, the bank account should match the Seller's name in the profile and should be able to receive payments in EUR.
